Can I return outdoor play equipment?

We understand that sometimes needs change, but due to the nature of our products—many of which are custom-made or made-to-order—we do not typically accept returns.

In rare cases where a return might be approved, the following conditions apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
  • You are responsible for arranging for shipment to the manufacturer or Kaplan.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • You must include a return materials authorization (RMA) on cartons/shipment. Returns that do not have the appropriate identifying information will not be considered for credit.
