How do I return an item?

Kaplan is happy to accept the return of any product, new & unused, within 30 days. Kaplan's warranty for any damage or defective product is robust. Contact our service team for assistance by phone, email, or through our online return request.

In the case that a Kaplan item does not meet your needs, visit our Customer Support page at https://www.kaplanco.com/about/contactKaplan and click return requests to begin your returns process. You will need to have your order number and billing zip code to complete.

The Return Request process allows you to select the items you wish to return, the reason for the return, and inform us if you need a replacement or a credit.  Once you have submitted the request, you will receive an RMA Request Number. Please include this number in any communications you may have with Kaplan. 

For items that are being returned, please package them to arrive safely back to Kaplan.  Print the label provided during the return request or as received by our service team and attach to your box(es) securely. Ensure your order and return number information are inside the box. Any prior labels or bar codes should be removed or covered. The size of the return will determine whether the items can be returned via USPS, UPS, or common carrier (LTL truck).

Items that are under warranty - 

Kaplan seeks to provide quality products for long-lasting play. If a Kaplan product proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item. Some products are also covered by extended manufacturer's warranties. Electronic items such as computers, tablets, interactive tablets, interactive whiteboards, printers, cameras, etc. are only covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
