How AdoptAClassroom.org Works
  • Register: K–12 teachers and certified school staff create an online profile outlining their classroom needs.
  • Donate: Individuals and corporate sponsors can browse and fund specific teacher pages, local schools, or general Spotlight Funds.
  • Shop: One hundred percent of online donations are credited to the educator’s online account and can be used to purchase approved classroom supplies from participating vendors.
Kaplan Early Learning Company Partnership

Kaplan Early Learning Company is an official vendor partner of AdoptAClassroom.org. Educators can use their AdoptAClassroom.org funds to purchase early learning furniture, curriculum materials, and classroom supplies directly from Kaplan.

How the Partnership Works
  • Approved Vendor Network: Kaplan Early Learning Company is listed in the AdoptAClassroom.org vendor marketplace as an approved vendor for early childhood and preschool classroom needs.
  • Purchasing Process: After donors fund a teacher’s AdoptAClassroom.org page, the educator can order approved items through the platform’s vendor network. Orders are shipped directly to the school.
  • Available Products: Funds allocated to Kaplan may be used to purchase classroom furniture, active play equipment, STEM kits, literacy resources, and other materials designed for young learners.
How Orders Are Placed with Kaplan
  1. Teachers or approved school staff sign in to their AdoptAClassroom.org account.
  2. They select Kaplan Early Learning Company as their preferred vendor.
  3. They browse Kaplan’s available products and create a shopping cart.
  4. The shopping cart passes through AdoptAClassroom.org’s system validation processes.
  5. Once validated, the order is submitted electronically to Kaplan through the AdoptAClassroom.org platform.
  6. Kaplan processes and ships the order to the designated school or delivery address.

Because the account is configured as a cXML PunchOut, orders are submitted to Kaplan through the AdoptAClassroom.org platform rather than through a standard myKaplan account.
