Data Privacy Management on kaplanco.com
Implemented 4/13/2026, Kaplan rolled out a tool that will organize web trackers and allow visitor to select what they allow Kaplan to track, with the exception of essential cookies required for site functionality.
Kaplan uses a consent management tool: https://www.osano.com to manage user privacy and compliance. As regulatory scrutiny increases, Kaplan will be better positioned to be in line with regulations as determined by states/regions.
As part of the rollout, the tool will organize all cookies/scripts on our site into four clear categories, giving users more control over what they allow us to track, with the exception of essential cookies required for site functionality.
- Essential: Required for core functionality (e.g., login, security)
- Analytics: Helps us understand user behavior and improve performance
- Personalization: Supports a more tailored user experience
- Marketing: Enables more relevant advertising
With this update, Kaplan is able to build trust with customers and align to evolving privacy standards.
