Firebrand, C# 5401027730, is an account that sells access to E-books (ebooks). Firebrand will email Melissa Whitt the list of titles and quantity and total amount they will pay. This list generally comes monthly. This list of Ebook titles will need to be cross referenced to Kaplan's product id, using the ISBN number provided on their spreadsheet. If the ISBN number does not match or exist in PS, please work with prod setup to have them create in order to include in the order. *double check using descriptions and always ensure the sku on the order is the EBOOK product id. Format spreadsheet and enter order via XL upload. The bill to and ship to on the order will be 5401027730. Send Melissa Whitt, Cash Receipts, and Shanda Kaplan (purch) the order number. Melissa will mark lines to bill and purchasing should cancel any dropship purchase orders if they generate. These PO's do not get sent to the publisher/vendor.
