How myKaplan Customers Can Obtain Proof of Delivery in Their myKaplan Portal

This guide helps customers quickly access and view proof of delivery for orders placed through myKaplan, ensuring you can verify shipment status and delivery receipts with ease.

 

 Importance of delivery receipts 


Delivery receipts provide a verifiable record that merchandise was delivered, help resolve disputes quickly, assist with returns and warranty claims, and support accurate billing and auditing of shipments.

To obtain proof of delivery for orders placed in myKaplan:

  • Go to www.kaplanco.com
  • Log in with your username and password
  • From the left side of the page, select “Search Orders”
  • Enter the Kaplan Order Number or Purchase Order Number
  • Click Submit
  • Click “Status” in the blue bar at the top right
  • Scroll to the bottom of the order to view tracking details
  • Click the tracking number to view the delivery receipt
