Adding Order Lines & M4 Via Kaplan Ord Excel Panel in PS

Learn how to update orders via the Kaplan Ord Excel Panel in People Soft using the Open Orders listing and the Kaplan Ord Excel template. Mark for (M4) information can also be updated and added in this panel as well. This guide explains the process of copying and pasting specific data fields to ensure accurate order updates and management. 

Great for adding order lines to large orders 100+ lines (or any size order) like:

Multi Ship to orders - the Kaplan Ord Excel method allows you to add items to an order all at once even if they have different ship to locations, qtys, M4s, and price. By using this panel to copy and paste Product IDs by ship to there is a lesser change of manual entry errors. 

Ktruck Orders - Ktruck order are typically 30k + in order size and are typically hundred to thousands of lines long. Updating large orders/Ktruck is faster and more accurate. This is also a great place to update M4 information to help deliveries go smoother as well.

Orders with discontinued, 2BNLA, NLA lines that need to be subbed - When an order has NLA lines that need to be updated we need to add and cancel lines. This is a fast way to update orders fast, combine with the Kaplan Cancel Order lines panel (if you have permission).

Updating & adding Mark for (M4) information - adding & editing M4 info in this panel works similar to the Create Update Order Panel. Here too M4s can be updated with different ship to locations.
