Use these steps to locate the credit memo reference number for RMA lines.
When searching for credit memos issued from return authorizations, it is helpful to know whether the RMA line(s) are closed/open, but not required.
Navigation to page in PS:
Main Menu>RMA>RMA Adjustment>Review RMA adjustment
Select KAPCO and enter RMA number.
