Expected Order Size: 36 existing programs: $300 each and 14 newly enrolled programs: $4,236 each
User Access
Jon Travis will forward grant usernames and passwords to approved individuals
User login corresponds to centers’ license ID numbers
Notification: Grantor will email all approved users with grant amounts and open/close dates
Terms
Contract/Buying Agreement: 3252 15% discount & Free Freight with a minimum of $300 for both
Orders
Users may exceed the allotted grant amount, but must pay the overage with a credit card
Users may return to the portal and place additional orders using a credit card
Normal process for any needed replacement orders/returns
Invoicing & Payment
Jess Gobble-Reil will download each order invoice from the grant site and ask for Kaplan to forward one complete consolidated invoice for all orders
ACH payment is preferred
