User Access
Jon Travis will forward grant usernames and passwords to approved individuals

Notification: Grantor will email all approved users with grant amounts and open/close dates
Terms
8/7/2026 -New contract #4950 for Customer #94421804 National Early Childhood Program
PPA #1 Effective 8/7/26 through 9/30/26, with terms of 15% $0 Min for discount, Shipping: Origin (charge full freight) Shipping Exclusions, orders shipping to HI will be charged full freight at a minimum of 25% of the order value for freight costs.
PPA #2 Effective 10/1/26 through 9/30/27, with revised terms of 15% $300 Min for discount, Free UPS $300 Min. Shipping exclusions: Playground items, Truck Items, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, K-Truck Delivery services and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to AK and HI will be charged 25% of order value for freight costs. Free UPS applied to orders of $300 or more per shipping location within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States will need to contact Customer Support for a freight quote.
Old terms no longer active: Contract/Buying Agreement: 3252 15% discount & Free Freight with a minimum of $300 for both
Orders
Users may exceed the allotted grant amount, but must pay the overage with a credit card
Users may return to the portal and place additional orders using a credit card
Normal process for any needed replacement orders/returns
Invoicing & Payment
Jess Gobble-Reil will download each order invoice from the grant site and ask for Kaplan to forward one complete consolidated invoice for all orders
