What are Special Attention Sheets?

Special Attention Sheets

Special Attention Sheets (SAS) are a tracking and alert mechanism used within PeopleSoft to ensure specific types of orders are closely monitored and manually reviewed. These orders are flagged for special attention, requiring individual oversight rather than relying solely on automated processing.

This process allows Service Agents to:

  • Review and monitor orders that need special attention based on predefined criteria.
  • Assign a User ID for managing and tracking the order.
  • Monitor various details related to the order, such as delivery method, value, and shipping preferences.

By using SAS, service agents can see, recognize, and track these critical orders and ensure that the appropriate attention is given to them.

Typical orders that require special attention include:

  • K-Truck delivery orders.
  • Orders valued at $5,000 or greater.
  • Orders with a Requested Ship Date (future release date) for amounts over or under $5,000.
  • Ship Complete orders (where all items must ship together).
  • Orders with Next Day or 2nd Day Air shipping.

SAS helps to ensure these orders are visible to service agents and should be handled timely; considering their unique requirements and conditions.
